Hi PTS Fam!

We have a home meet tomorrow against Pataskala A. 

Arrival: 6:45 am

Home Team Warm Up: 7:00am

Meet start time: 8:00 am

End time: approximately 11:30am

We need help setting up at 8:30pm TONIGHT at the pool. Bonus: You can pick out a prime spot for the meet tomorrow in the grassy areas around the pool. We do ask that spectators do not set up on the concrete areas by the lanes to prevent congestion.

We NEED people to step up and help:

• 1 (2nd half) bullpen worker
• 2 Concessions workers
• 5 clean up/break down volunteers
• 2 Officials
• 1 (second half) runner
• 1 scorer

Reminder: No Pop Up Tents allowed inside the fence. We will have camps set up inside the fence, as long as we stay under 450 patrons total. The area outside the fence will be available for pop up tents. They MUST be 7 seven apart and anchored down and ONLY outside the fence.

Concessions are available (no coffee) (cash and venmo)

Attached to this email is an Individual Entries file and also the Heat Sheet for the meet. Please note there are combined events. 

Feel free to print out your own copy. We will NOT be selling heat sheets.

It is important to mark up your swimmer with their events, heats and lane so they know where they are supposed to be and when. I uploaded a video to explain heat sheets, marking up your swimmer and writing swimmer's name on their back in sharpie.

See you all tomorrow at the Pickerington Pool. Please check in with our junior coaches when you arrive. Volunteers, please check in right at the table when you walk in!
