Hi PTS Fam!

Our first HOME meet is tomorrow against Valley View Gators.

Please refer to our newsletter for information about the meet (location, what to expect and bring).

We do need help setting up at 7:30pm TONIGHT at the pool. Bonus: You can pick out a prime spot for the meet tomorrow!

Reminder: No Pop Up Tents allowed. 

Concessions are available. Also, Porter's Coffee and Kona Ice will be there. 

Arrival: 6:45am

Home Team Warm Up: 7:00am

Meet start time: 8:00 am

End time: approximately 11:15am

Attached to this email is an Individual Entries file and also the Heat Sheet for the meet. Please NOTE that we are combining some events to move the meet along, you will notified tomorrow if we are combining events!

Feel free to print out your own copy. We will NOT be selling heat sheets.

It is important to mark up your swimmer with their events, heats and lane so they know where they are supposed to be and when. All this info is in our parent meeting link: https://bit.ly/PTSParentMeeting to explain heat sheets, marking up your swimmer and writing swimmer's name on their back in sharpie.

See you all tomorrow at the Pickerington Pool, Warm ups begin at 7:00am. Please check in with our junior coaches by the Tiger Sharks banner. Volunteers, please check in right when you walk in!

We are still in need of 1 (2nd half) bullpen,1 (2nd half) scorer (just reading times at the computer) and 8 (2nd half) timers! Please volunteer especially timing!.
