Hi PTS Fam!

Thanks for your patience on the heat sheets! Tonight (Wednesday 7/13), we have an away meet against Pataskala. Note there are some combined events, so make sure your swimmers pay attention to those changes! (Reminder: No practice on Thursday)

Please refer to our newsletter for information about the meet (location, what to expect and bring).

Volunteers, please check in with Sherman by the Tiger Sharks banner so you get credit.

We are still in need of:

Here is the Map to Pataskala Pool. 

PARKING: When the main parking lot is full, there is some parking in the grass along a drive to the north of the pool. After that, visitors will have to park on the street in the neighborhood to the north (1 block). Please tell your team to NOT park at the business to the west of the pool. They will TOW cars!

CONCESSIONS: We do have a concession stand that you are encouraged to support. Staffing issues have made that inconsistent. You are also welcome to bring in any food/beverages. 

CAMP: There is limited room inside the pool fence and plenty of room outside the fence. Please do not crowd the bullpen area. There is no camping along the fence on the north side of the pool (too close to pool deck). Spectators are welcome on the pool deck to observe a race, then move out for the next group of spectators.

Arrival: 4:30pm

Away Team Warm Up: 5:00pm

Meet start time: 5:30 am

End time: approximately 9:30pm (please stay for your relays at the end)

Feel free to print out your own copy. They will NOT be selling heat sheets.

It is important to mark up your swimmer with their events, heats and lane so they know where they are supposed to be and when.
