Hi PTS Fam!

We are gearing up for our meet TONIGHT at Johnstown (Licking County Family YMCA (OUTDOOR aquatic center, NOT inside the Y) - 470 W. Church St. Newark, Ohio

Volunteer Needed: 1 first half timer!

Please refer to our newsletter for information about the meet (location, what to expect and bring).

Concessions are available. 

Arrival: 4:45pm, Warm Up: 5pm, Meet Starts: 5:30pm, End time @9:30pm (Bring blankets and extra towels, it might get chilly)

Attached to this email is an Individual Entries file and also the Heat Sheet for the meet. Feel free to print out your own copy. They will NOT be selling heat sheets.

Some events will be combined, especially relays and events with one or two kids, so make sure you are sending your kids early to the bullpen.

It is important to mark up your swimmer with their events, heats and lane so they know where they are supposed to be and when. All this info is in our parent meeting link: https://bit.ly/PTSParentMeeting to explain heat sheets, marking up your swimmer and writing swimmer's name on their back in sharpie.

 Please check in with our junior coaches by the Tiger Sharks banner. Volunteers, please find Abbey to check in (I'll be wearing my Tiger Sharks board member shirt), by the banner as well.
